      Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - Unlimited Holiday Entitlement, Rewards and Incentives based on performance

      This role will be based within our internal marketing agency, MOOT Ascend, who have earned a reputation for helping brands succeed using digital media. Providing performance marketing solutions across social media, paid search, and influencers, our team will deliver scalable results which deliver to the brand’s commercial objectives.


      What are we recruiting for?

      We are looking for a superstar client partner who will be given the capacity and support to make a real impact. This person will need a can-do lean forward attitude and the ability to deliver against commercial goals.

      Responsibilities include delivering world-class customer support, partnering with clients to meet their performance marketing needs, and exceeding retention and growth objectives for strategic accounts. Your role as a Client Partner is to deeply engage with the customer and deliver what they need.

      You will be comfortable and have a proven ability of upselling marketing campaigns

      What will you be doing?

      • Deliver world-class client support.
      • Build relationships direct with clients.
      • Exceed renewals and up-weight targets.
      • Improve existing and implement new operational and delivery processes.
      • Carry out detailed and commercial reports including QBR’s.
      • Work with sales, development, and marketing to improve delivery, insight, and education.
      • Development of best practice campaign optimisation and insight.
      • Liaise with all internal teams to champion client demands.

      What will you bring to the party?

        • Experience in digital marketing.
        • Experience in account management.
        • Experience in DTC Marketing is desirable but not essential!
        • Sales and service driven with proven experience of upselling and hitting activity targets and commercial goals.
        • Proven experience in creating operation processes that have resulted in efficiencies.
